These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.saamcrafts.com and purchases from Saam Crafts (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By visiting our website, using our services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the policies referenced on the website.

1. Our Store

Saam Crafts sells wall art, printed artwork, personalized photo prints, and related services.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to display products, process transactions, and support order management.

2. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

You must not use the website or our services to:

• Violate applicable laws
• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• Upload unlawful or infringing material
• Transmit malicious code
• Attempt unauthorized access to the website or related systems
• Misuse customer or business information
• Interfere with website security or operation

3. Orders

All orders are subject to:

• Product availability
• Successful payment or payment authorization
• Accuracy of the information provided by the customer
• Acceptance of the order by Saam Crafts

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Suspected fraud
• Payment issues
• Incorrect pricing or listing information
• Unavailable materials
• Unfulfillable customization requests
• Unlawful or infringing customer-uploaded content
• Other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order

If we cancel a paid order that we are unable to fulfill, any applicable refund will be handled using the original payment method.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, sizes, materials, images, colours, and other information accurately.

However, the appearance of a product on a screen may vary because of:

• Screen calibration
• Device settings
• Lighting conditions
• Printing processes
• Ink and material characteristics
• Photography and preview rendering

Reasonable colour differences between a screen preview and a physical print are not considered manufacturing defects.

5. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change before an order is placed.

The price confirmed at checkout is the applicable order price, except in cases of obvious pricing or technical errors where correction is permitted by applicable law.

Where stated, listed print prices may include packaging and standard domestic shipping.

6. Print Your Memory and Customer-Uploaded Content

Our Print Your Memory service allows customers to upload photographs or other image files for personalized printing.

By submitting an image or other content, you confirm that:

• You own the content, or
• You have sufficient permission from the rights holder to use and reproduce it, and
• The requested use does not violate another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights

You must not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, obscene, or otherwise prohibited material.

We may refuse to process content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, inappropriate, unsafe, or unsuitable for production.

7. Permission to Process Uploaded Content

You retain your rights in customer-uploaded content.

By submitting content for an order, you grant Saam Crafts and the service providers involved in fulfilling the order a limited permission to:

• Store the file
• Display it to you as a preview
• Crop it
• Resize it
• Adjust it according to your selected settings
• Enhance it where Photo Enhancement has been purchased
• Reproduce and print it
• Process it for production and fulfilment
• Use it for customer support, quality review, replacement, or reprint purposes

This permission is limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested service and related support.

8. Personalization Settings

For personalized products, the selections confirmed by the customer form part of the order specification.

These may include:

• Exact print dimensions
• Material
• Crop position
• Fit mode
• White-border selection
• Photo Enhancement selection
• Other production instructions shown during ordering

Customers should review personalization selections carefully before completing the order.

9. Fit Modes and White Border

Where available, personalization options may include:

• Fill Frame
• Fit Entire Photo
• 1-inch White Border

These are personalization settings and do not necessarily represent separate physical product variants.

Where a 1-inch white border is selected, the border is included inside the ordered print dimensions.

10. Custom Sizes

Custom-size printing may be offered where at least one side is 24 inches or less.

The exact dimensions entered and confirmed by the customer are retained for production.

For pricing purposes, custom dimensions may be converted into billable rounded dimensions according to the pricing method displayed before checkout.

The rounded dimensions are used only for pricing and do not replace the customer's confirmed exact print dimensions.

11. Photo Quality

The quality of a personalized print depends partly on the quality and resolution of the source image provided by the customer.

Where the website or our team indicates that an image may have insufficient resolution or quality for the selected print size, the customer should consider that warning before proceeding.

If a customer chooses to proceed after being informed of a quality limitation, defects caused by the original image quality will not be treated as manufacturing defects.

12. Photo Enhancement

Photo Enhancement is a separate paid service when selected.

The service is intended to improve or prepare an image toward a print-ready file targeting approximately 300 DPI at the selected print size, where reasonably achievable from the source image.

Photo Enhancement cannot create unlimited detail that does not exist in the original file.

It therefore cannot guarantee perfect restoration of images that are:

• Heavily blurred
• Extremely low resolution
• Highly compressed
• Severely damaged
• Missing important image detail

Purchasing Photo Enhancement does not guarantee that every source file can achieve identical quality.

13. Previews and Mockups

Product previews, room mockups, gallery-wall visualizations, and other digital representations are provided to help customers visualize the artwork.

They are illustrative and may not perfectly reproduce:

• Physical scale
• Room lighting
• Print colour
• Surface texture
• Final appearance in the customer's environment

Frames, furniture, room decor, and other objects shown in previews are not included unless specifically stated in the product listing.

14. Production

Many Saam Crafts products are made or printed to order.

Production may begin shortly after an order is accepted.

Because personalized and made-to-order products are produced specifically for the customer, cancellation, modification, return, and exchange options may become limited once production has started.

Please review our Refund Policy for the applicable rules.

15. Shipping

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.

Saam Crafts is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable consumer law.

16. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellation requests are governed by our Refund Policy.

Personalized and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns after production has started.

Verified damage, manufacturing defects, incorrect products, incorrect sizes, incorrect materials, and production errors are handled according to the Refund Policy.

17. Unboxing Video Requirement

For damage, wrong-item, wrong-size, wrong-material, or transit-related claims, a continuous unboxing/opening video is mandatory as described in our Refund Policy.

The video should begin before the package is opened and clearly show the package, opening process, condition of the artwork, and issue being reported.

18. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the following may be owned by or licensed to Saam Crafts:

• Saam Crafts branding
• Website design
• Original artwork and designs
• Product photography
• Graphics
• Written content
• Marketing materials
• Other original website content

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.

Customer-uploaded photographs remain the property of the customer or the applicable rights holder.

19. Accounts

Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login information
• Providing accurate account information
• Informing us if you believe your account has been compromised

We may take reasonable steps to protect accounts and prevent fraudulent activity.

20. Third-Party Services

Our website and operations may rely on third-party services, including:

• Shopify
• Payment processors
• Analytics providers
• Advertising platforms
• Cloud and file-storage services
• Production services
• Courier and logistics providers
• Email and communication providers

Use of these services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

21. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website and services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may update, maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or services where reasonably necessary.

22. Errors and Corrections

We may correct typographical errors, pricing errors, product-description errors, technical errors, or omissions on the website.

If a material error affects an order already placed, we may contact the customer to resolve the matter before fulfilment.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Saam Crafts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer right, warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

24. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Customer-uploaded photographs and personalization information are handled according to that policy.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to:

26. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
