We were looking for modern, contemporary and Vastu-inspired art that felt beautiful, meaningful and affordable. When we could not find the right balance, SaamCrafts began.

How we began
A personal search. A shared beginning.
Founded in September 2024 by Salloni Srivastav and Sshivam Shekhhar, SaamCrafts grew from a question we were asking for our own home: where could we find art that felt like us?
We wanted beauty, but we also wanted a connection. Something contemporary could bring colour and energy; something rooted in Indian tradition could feel familiar and meaningful. Affordability mattered too.
That search became the starting point for SaamCrafts. Today, we bring together different subjects, styles and artistic voices so you can find what belongs in your space.

Participating in The Haat of Art, an art exhibition mentored by Shri Vindu Dara Singh, was a meaningful chapter in the SaamCrafts journey.
For Salloni Srivastav and Sshivam Shekhhar, it was an opportunity to present the collection beyond the online store and share the ideas behind SaamCrafts in person.
